Do you still offer public Yoga classes?
No, due to decreased demand for group classes following the pandemic I have adapted my way of working and am now offering small private group classes from home as well as 1-1’s and also have an extensive video library you can subscribe to and then dip in and out of at home at your own convenience.
What should I wear/ bring with me?
For Yoga wear comfortable loose clothing you can move and stretch in. It also best to bring layers you can take off as you get warm and put on for the relaxation at the end. Bring a bottle of water with you as well to drink after the class. For massage if you are having a sports massage it is a good idea to bring a pair of shorts in case we do some assisted stretching.
Can I cancel/ reschedule my booking?
Yes you can do this yourself with more than 24 hours notice by logging into the bookings page and selecting the “transfer ticket” option next to your booking then select your preferred time from the drop down box to reschedule your appointment . If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will need to email me ( email@example.com) please note a late cancelation will incur the full fee.
If you are transferring an appointment or session and you have a “class pass” you can only transfer up until your class pass expiry date.
How do I book a last minute appointment?
If you are booking an appointment less than 24 hours before the appoinment time it will show as “unavailable” on the bookings page – I may still be able to offer you the appointment however so if you email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with the date/ time you are hoping to book I will let you know if it is still available.
