Upcoming Workshops and Retreats
Spring Yogi Cleanse
12th-24th May 2019
This two-week intensive course runs twice a year ( Spring and Autumn) and is an invitation to refine your daily habits, de-clutter your environment, de-stress your body and your mind.
This Spring I will be showing you how to personalise your self care practises, daily routine, approach to Yoga and meditations as well as specific food combinations to help support your individual constitution and achieve an optimum state of health and balance.
You can do the whole course online at home or attend the live classes in Reading as well if you live locally.
The course is focused on helping you to care for and nourish yourself deeply. As we journey together through the course you will have the opportunity to share your experiences with others in the group as well as receiving support and guidance from Elise. You will be encouraged to do daily Yoga, relaxation, and meditation, refine your daily routines, and try Ayurvedic self-care practises.
Summer Yoga Retreat
2nd – 4th August 2019
Join us for our popular Summer Yoga Retreat set in the Vale of the White Horse. This is our fourth visit to this stunning location. With outdoor Yoga Classes, meditation, walks along the ridgeway, workshops and much more, we offer a perfectly balanced schedule giving you plenty of activities, whilst ensuring you leave the retreat relaxed and rejuvenated.
We will be joined again by the Beechen family caterers, Bob and Kathy who will be cooking up more of her much loved, homemade vegetarian treats.
Each of our Retreats has a theme running though the weekend such as Mudra and Bandha, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and The five Sheaths of Consciousness. The theme for this retreat will be confirmed nearer the time.
Yoga Holiday in Spain
26th October – 2nd November 2019
Following the success of our second Yoga Holiday abroad, the BE Yoga Retreats family invite you to join us again next year in Tarifa, South of Spain for a wonderful week of Sun, Sea, Yoga and of course our delicious home cooked food.
Our venue is a luxurious villa, complete with indoor and outdoor pool, located just 5 minutes walk from the beach. It sits in a stunning elevated position in the La Pena area of Tarifa, nestled between mountain and sea with a panoramic vista over miles of sandy beaches. The Villa faces the Straits of Gibraltar, looking out east across to Morocco’s Rif Mountains and west to the Port of Tangiers.
Tarifa is a uniquely cosmopolitan town, historically and geographically significant as Mainland Europe’s southern most point, where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic.
